Applied Behavior Analysis is the scientific study of human behavior and one of the most widely accepted therapies for children with autism spectrum disorder. Numerous research studies support the efficacy of ABA as an intervention for individuals with Autism. ABA is also beneficial for children with mental health diagnoses, those not meeting developmental milestones, and typically developing children with behavior concerns. ABA involves applying behavioral principles to everyday situations to increase or decrease specific behaviors. Common components of ABA programs include reinforcement, discrete trial teaching, verbal behavior, natural environment teaching for generalization, prompting, fading strategies, and data-based decision making.

The Early Steps Program provides treatments and interventions to assist babies and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities in reaching milestones typically achieved during the first three years of life. We work closely with the child and parents in natural environments like home, daycare, and the community. We celebrate all milestones, big or small!

Our agency is owned and operated by a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong background in administration, program management, and supervision. Our top priority is to surround ourselves with like-minded clinicians who are qualified and compassionate specialists in ABA. We deeply care about your child and family, dedicating ourselves to your child’s progress. Recognizing you as the expert on your child, we value your feedback. We understand that building a trusting therapeutic relationship takes time and appreciate the opportunity to be part of your journey.
